01 · What This Covers

Who this policy applies to

This policy covers towardswellness.ca, operated by Towards Wellness Coaching (Kerisma Vere), based in Aldergrove, British Columbia. It applies whenever you browse this website, send a message through the contact form, subscribe to the newsletter, or book a consultation.

Coaching sessions themselves are confidential. What you share in a session stays between us, within the limits of Canadian law.

02 · What's Collected

The information you share

This website only collects information you choose to give:

• Contact form — your name, email address, your message, and (optionally) how you found the site. It arrives as an email to Kerisma and is used only to reply to you.
• Newsletter signup — your email address, used only to send the monthly newsletter you asked for.
• Online booking — consultations are scheduled through Jane, an online booking platform. Any details you enter there are handled on Jane's platform under Jane's own privacy policy.

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't collect information about you in the background while you browse.

03 · Newsletter Consent

Your inbox, your choice

The newsletter is sent only to people who have expressly signed up, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Expect roughly one thoughtful email a month — gentle reflections and first word on new offerings, nothing more.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link that removes you immediately. You can also email Kerisma@towardswellness.ca and ask to be taken off the list.

04 · Third Parties

Services that help run this site

A small number of trusted services are used to operate this website, and each handles data under its own privacy policy: the newsletter provider (which stores subscriber email addresses), Jane (which handles consultation booking), the company that hosts this website, and Google Fonts (which serves the site's typefaces).

Your information is never sold, rented or traded. It is only ever shared where the law requires it, or where it's needed to deliver something you've directly asked for.

05 · Your Rights

Access, correction and deletion

Under Canadian privacy law — including Canada's PIPEDA and BC's Personal Information Protection Act — you can ask at any time to see the personal information held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted.

To make any of these requests, email Kerisma@towardswellness.ca. You'll get a response as soon as possible, normally within a few days.

06 · Children

Younger visitors

Some resources on this site — like the children's book Krizzy and the Fireflies — are written for families, but they are offered to parents, caregivers and teachers. This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

07 · Updates

Changes to this policy

If how this site handles information ever changes — for example, if new tools are added — this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. The current version always lives at this address.
