Who I Help

If change keeps slipping, you're not broken

Support that meets you where you are, without pressure to be anywhere else. Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You've started over more times than you can count — and the "all or nothing" approach keeps burning you out.
  • You want support that sits between counselling and traditional coaching — practical, but human.
  • You're ready for sustainable change at your own pace — not another program that demands perfection.

My Approach

A different way to think about change

Change isn't a light switch you flip once and never touch again. It's built gently, at your own pace — blending lived experience, practical strategies, and self-compassion instead of pressure and perfection.

That philosophy comes from Kerisma's own lived experience with change — the same approach at the heart of her book, The Light Switch Myth.

Contemporary Approaches to Creating Lasting Change

Rated 4.7 of 5 on Amazon · 4.8 on Goodreads

A beginner's guide to creating realistic and sustainable change — based on Kerisma's own lived experience, blending personal stories, insights, practical strategies, and gentle self-practices. Available in eBook, paperback and hardcover.

"What I gained from your book is hope — the kind that doesn't come from promises of instant change, but from the freedom to grow at my own pace. You gave me permission to be human and reminded me that as long as I keep walking the road, I am moving forward."

Ways I Showed Up for Myself

A 60-Day Self-Gratitude Practice

Rated 4.8 of 5 on Amazon

A 60-day companion journal designed to help you end your days with recognition rather than self-criticism. Instead of generic gratitude or productivity checklists, supportive prompts invite you to notice the small, often invisible ways you showed up for yourself — even when no one else noticed.

A trauma-informed, values-based practice that takes just five to ten minutes — especially lovely as a nightly ritual, shifting bedtime mental loops from self-criticism to self-compassion.
