-To leave a review on Amazon, you need to have purchased The Light Switch Myth in any format (eBook, paperback, or hardcover) or have an account where you have spent $50 or more in the past year. You will find the option under your "Orders" tab or you can search by name.

-To leave a review on Goodreads you will need to create a free account. Simply locate my book and leave a review. Don't forget to take a screen shot showing your full name or initials for verification.

Reviews do not need to be long-a few honest sentences is perfect. Every review helps others discover the book. If leaving a review please make sure to do it to support the book and make sure to be honest.

To complete your contest entry please use the form below. Your submission must include enough information for us to verify you provided the review.

3. One of the following for proof:

-A brief description of how you engaged with The Light Switch Myth and a link, photo or other means of confirming your participation.

- You can send your photo proof to Kerismavere@gmail.com and simply indicate in the message portion of the form that you are submitting photo verification through email.)

- No purchase necessary. If cost is a barrier, you may request a free PDF copy of the book and still enter. You may also create a free Goodreads account and leave a review without purchase. This option is available to all participants. Please note leaving a review is completley voluntary and there are many other options for entering available.
- Open to residents of Canada and the United States.
- Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
- Gift cards will be issued in the currency of the contest winner's country. Either $100 USD for US residents or $100 CAD for Canadian Residents. Winners may choose Amazon or Starbucks. Preference must be selected upon submitting proof of review so that prizes can go out without delay.
- Entries must include proof of engagement (screenshot, identifiable duplicate, or link). Initials can be used publicly for privacy, but proof must match.
